Happy New Year!!!!

Dear Membership,

The TLC wants to wish each of you a wonderful new year filled with Happiness. This year once again TLC plans to support the best local entertainers!  However, several of you have expressed your interest in a more wide range of TLC experiences including film a theater.  This season, we aim to please and will be looking at adding a few alternative experiences to entertain you.

We are super happy to welcome Eddie de la Portilla back to the board after a 13 year absence!  Eddie will be our new Public Relations officer.  Thank you Eddie and welcome back!!!

Thanks to everyone who attended our annual holiday party!!!  A fun time was had by all and Jeff Zavac was great!

We started the year off with a return from Madame G. on Jan. 7th.

Once again, the annual dues will remain the same…just $24 dollars!!!  Most of the membership is due so please email us back if you are in doubt.

On Saturday, February 11th from 6 pm to 8:30 pm we welcome back Mr. James Woolwine!  Come on out to the Legion and show some support

Hi Membership,

Once again it is time for our annual holiday party. We have a super special lineup for this year that we know you will enjoy!!! Please see below for all the details!!!!

A bit of sad news…we lost two important supporters of TLC this month. Shelly Bivins, wife of Art Bivins passed. Shelly was a great supporter of TLC since it’s start in 2003. Shelly always helped Art Bivins with sound when Art performed. Her smile will forever be missed.

We also lost Mike McVay Commander of the American Legion passed last week. Mike gave TLC a home several years back which enabled us to save countless dollars. May they both rest in peace.

Dues are now due for the 2022-2023 season of TLC. Note July will be our 20th anniversary!!! Can you believe it?

The cost for TLC is still only $24 a year!!!

Dear Membership,

We hope you are having a wonderful summer. We have some very cool events happening in the month of Aug. We hope you will consider joining us.

First off this Saturday, we welcome Crimson Son to American Legion Post #31 at 6 pm for a night of classic Rock and Roll! $12 includes a wonderful Latin dinner. We also have two great raffles….our 50/50 as well as a corona beer basket! It is too cool.

Next week on Aug. 20th we have the incredible Mr. Jeff Zavac!!! He is simply awesome. We have a great dinner as well. $14 gets you Jennie’s Famous Mayo Chicken, butter pasta, orange glaze carrots and for dessert, we have a Fruit Dump Cake.

In June, we again awarded the TLC Spirit award to a deserving young artist. This time it was a wonderful young actress named Logan Modell. Enjoy that award as well as that check Logan, you deserve it!!!

A very few of you have not paid your 2022 dues. We have paid for our License and all other expenses. Please get your dues in ASAP and help us reach 100% renewal!

Dear Membership,

Hope your May is going well. As we ease into the dog days of summer we have a wonderful array of events we are sure you will enjoy. On May 21st at the American Legion, we will have a wonderful Cuban dinner with Pork, Black Beans and Rice, Yucca and Plantains. The Jazz Hounds will perform and include a wonderful salute to our troops as it is also Armed Forces Day. The cost is just $12 but you MUST RSVP as seating is limited. We renewed our license for 2022-2023. It is costly but gives our organization much protection. A few of you have not yet paid your dues. Please do so as soon as possible so we continue to be able to provide great entertainment at a great price. Hope to see you Sat. or in the near future.

Happy Easter and Blessed Passover to each of you. This weekend The TLC welcomes James Woolwine as we host our first ever Easter Happy Hour. For a cost of just $8, you can feast on Ham, Deviled Eggs, Orange-Glazed carrots, Cole Slaw and dinner rolls. We hope you join us. We are only selling 30 dinners so please make a reservation.
On April 20th, Madame G. returns with karaoke fun. Dinner will also be available for purchase.
Once again it is time to renew our TLC license with the state of Florida. We have had a great early response from the membership as far as paying dues but there are still several of you who need to get up to date. Please do so as soon as possible.

We are most proud to announce our dear friend and member Anielya Wells-Miller will be featured in a concert Jr. recital with Kiara King on Friday, April 15th at 7:30 pm in Tallahassee Florida. It has been far too long since we have been able to hear her beautiful voice but guess what??? You can via Facebook Live or YouTube Live.
