Dear Membership,

First, We have made the decision to cancel the mini-golf event and reschedule for the cooler months. Due to few responses, and a few of you reaching out to the board that the weather was simply to hot, we felt it was best. It will be rescheduled in the fall.

However, we have two new activities scheduled in their place for next weekend. First, our Chairwoman and past President is organizing a special outing for our Broward crew next Friday July 22nd. She has asked me to include her contact info. so that you may RSVP to set up the meeting time and place. The event is called The Red Eye.

Red Eye, Main Event. It’s Fri, July, 22nd, at 6pm at Artserve. Its like an local artists convention. There will be Live art, performances, game art, film premieres, dancing, fashion show etc. Only $5 at the door. 1350 E. Sunrise Blvd, Ft. Lauderdale, overflow parking at Greek Orthodox Church. Next…Sat. July 23rd at 6pm join the TLC for our July Happy Hour at Por Fin restaurant at the upstairs bar. Por Fin is located at 2500 Ponce De Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables.

PLEASE RSVP to this email and let us know how many to expect. Appetizers will be available to dues paying members only. Guests are welcome to join at the event for $15 or pay $10 for this event only. Por Fin is a great location…what a great place to bring a new member!

We will be setting the date for this years talent show event soon! Please RSVP this email if you wish to be on the planning committee. We are looking at Early to mid Oct.
