We are about to start what we expect will be the best Fall Season the TLC has had! The Board has been hard at work to come up with an incredible schedule of events over the next four months culminating in our wonderful Holiday Party in Dec.This year we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. Under the simply outstanding leadership of our President Sean Beck we have grown our club to the very best position it has ever been in. For those of you who have been regulars at our events…we extend a heartfelt thank you. For those of you who have not been out to an event recently, we are sure that when you look over our schedule below you will be most pleased. And next year is already shaping up to be even bigger than 2013. Three major event are in the works including an exciting dance production!

We go back to Old South Florida first at Fox’s Lounge in South Miami and then in Ft. Lauderdale at the Classic Wreck Bar!

That’s right….we are going back to Chu’s!
Time: 5:30 til.8pm.
We have an fun and unique night planned.
Join the TLC as we return to Florida’s roots at the LIVE MERMAID SHOW at the Classic Wreck Bar!
A Staple in Ft. Lauderdale since 1950…see where Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe carved their names in the bar!
Location: Sheraton Ft. Lauderdale Beach Hotel. The Wreck Bar.
This Retro bar is decorated to look like an old sunken ship!
You can see the mermaids perform the show through the portholes.

The show starts at 6:30 PM, but our guests need to arrive at 5:30 PM at the latest to get a table. There’s food and tropical drinks. Parking is $10 in a garage across from the hotel. And now for a real treat…Join the TLC Date TBA for a free concert at Steinway Piano.
A Great Organization The Friends of Music has invited us to a wonderful night of music and a chance to make new friends with another organization who supports young musicians in Miami.
We will be meeting to socialize after the event at one of Merrick Parks great restaurants! PLEASE RSVP ASAP for this evening you will not want to miss.
Cost: Concert Free to TLC members.
