Dear Membership,
The holiday Season is a very busy time for our organization as it is for each and every one of us. We hope however, that you will add TLC to your holiday season plans and come out to as many of the great events we have planned as you can. Please remember that dues are due for almost all membership in Dec. The cost of this years holiday party is paying your dues for the year…$24 in check or cash. You may also choose to pay your dues at the Nov. Happy Hour which will be held at BrickTop in Coral Gables.
We have a great event planned for Sunday Nov. 23rd in Broward at the Ren Fair as well. Looking forward to seeing each and everyone of you soon!

NOTE: WE WILL BE COLLECTING TOYS FOR THE USMC TOYS FOR TOTS PROGRAM. ALTHOUGH NO TOY IS REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TO THE PARTY WE ENCOURAGE ALL MEMBERS TO CONSIDER THE SEASON A BRING A SMALL DONATION FOR A CHILD FOR CHRISTMAS OR HANNAKAH. (UNWRAPPED PLEASE)
Are you eligible to join the American Legion? You just may be. The Legion that has done so much for us over the years is always looking to recruit new members. If you served in the armed forces, you are eligible for the Legion. If you had an ancestor in the military you may be eligible for the Sons of the American Legion and if you are the daughter of a service member you are eligible for the Woman’s auxiliary.
Membership is very reasonable and they have a ton of great events and now a wonderful cantina with great food options! Members will be on hand in case you wish to inquire about joining.
