July 2018 Newsletter

As we move deep into the dog days of summer, it is wonderful to know you can cool off with a few wonderful TLC events.  We have two this week! First we have been invited to join the new dart tournament being run by our friends at the South Miami American Legion. We have a great relationship with the Legion and this will be a fun way to get to know several of the membership.  Later this week we have our monthly happy hour where we will hear this year’s Talent Show winner Miss Clarissa Humm perform.  We have done a lot for charity over the last couple months that we should note and make you aware of.  We once again sponsored a your person at Southwood Middle School with the TLC Spirit award, We sent a nice check to the USO and just last week made a contribution to the American Legion for their new donors’ program.  As you can see your dues go a long way and we thank you so very much!  On that note, a few of you have not yet paid your 2018 dues.  Even though it is only a very few of you, it is so important to continue to make sure great events can be planned.  Please make every effort to pay your $24 as soon as possible.
