Dear Membership,
The hot days of summer continue with two hot events on the same night!!!! First off for in Dade we will have a Country Western Night Happy Hour at of Legion Location. In Broward, we have a very special event where two of our members will be performing…our own John Morris and Lisa Cerino!!!!! Thanks to everyone who came out for our Karaoke night and Cafe Legionnaire. Both events were outstanding and we will be adding future Karaoke outings to our fall schedule.
Last but not least I must once again reach out for dues. There are still several members who are behind in paying their dues and it puts a tremendous strain on the planning of proper events. Please make every effort to pay your dues as soon as possible or at the next event.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the Fairy Tale characters once they reach middle age and beyond? It’s not always “Happily Ever After!” Come see our own TLC’ers Lisa Walkowitz perform as Little Red Riding Hood and John Morris as Jack/Old Guard in the wacky and funny play called “Storyville” at the JCC on this Saturday, August 10th at either 2 pm or 8 pm. Cost: free. Just show up.
