December 2020 Newsletter

Dear Membership,

Well, the Holiday season is once again upon us and that means it is time for our annual Holiday party.

This year’s party will be a bit toned down yet we are sure still enjoyable. Please RSVP your intentions to come out and enjoy. Also, should you have any interest in a board position going forward, please let us know. Your cost for the party is your annual dues. We request a toy for the Marines Toys for Tots campaign but it is not required. The Marines are in big need this year due to covid. They are simply put getting more requests for toys and less donations. What a great way to bring a smile to a child who is lacking a toy for Christmas or Hanukkah. We are happy to announce that dues will NOT increase for the 2020-2021 season. On that note, the board wishes to report that 2019-2020 was our best renal year ever with approx. 98% renewal. Let’s see if we can make this year 100%. Should you have any questions as to if your dues are due, simply respond to this email. About 90% of all members are now due.

Thanks to all who came out to our last two events. We had a wonderful showing for the TLC Let’s Give Early Thanks event and Wow! What a great night of Classic Rock we had with Crimson and Son!!! Thanks for the great TLC support. Because of the great interest, we will be looking to have Crimson and Son back in February. If you missed them the first go around, don’t this time. If you enjoyed them, catch them again!!!

Important TLC news! Our own Art Bivins has released a novel, The Thief Taker’s Choice. I am happy to say, I got the honor to review this book for him and boy is it a great read! Please consider checking it out on Amazon!
